ABSTRACT
We will propose an idea of making electrical fence for the purpose of security. Now a days
the problem of thief is increase’s day by day .So here we will be designing a electronic based high voltage charge generator which we will be connect to the fences, door, windows and all vehicles . This circuit produce high amount of electrical charges
on the metal structure, if any unknown person (thief) touches the fences or try to enter in the home illegally then the high
voltage on
fences or the metal body
which should
be protected , flows charges flow throw the person body and reaches to ground. Due to this the person got a big shock a high voltage and
he will not be able to cross the fences.

INTRODUCTION

Here first of all we are creating an inverter circuit which convert dc current into
ac current which is required to run transformer , this circuit is having an pulse
generator IC
555 which provide switched
o/p which
is
directly
connected
to the transistor pair
which provide
the
switch power supply to transformer. then
this transformer
convert
this
ac supply
into low power output or high voltage
power
supply, with low current o/p. this higher voltage is not to much dangerous but it’s not possible to touch this by human or animal or bird. This whole circuit is run by the 12 V dc power supply through
battery.

The system is focusing on the controller design. The constructed system has been tested
and some data from hardware measurement have been collected and discussed. Typical solar panel has been used and the purpose only to prove the designed system is able to operate
accordingly. Therefore the
surrounding effects, for instance, weather condition are not seriously considered during hardware testing.
